HYOGO, JAPAN (TV ASASHI/CNN) - If you've ever thought about going into politics, you might want to take a look at what it did to a man in Japan.

A provincial politician was accused of misusing public funds, and the video of him bursting into tears while apologizing - sort of - has gone viral on YouTube and Twitter.

During a three-hour news conference, he tried to explain what he did and that when he got into politics he only had the best intentions.
