SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The Chatham County District Attorney's Office formally charged Phell Hudson on several counts, including two counts of murder.

The indictments are in connection to a shooting on East Lathrop Avenue and Damon Street on June 11.

Michael Jerome Allen died after investigators said Hudson shot him in the parking lot of the International Longshoreman's Association after what co-workers described as a heated argument.

Hudson was denied bond on June 16 and now faces a count of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, making a false statement and two counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
