SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

There is still no word on if any charges will be filed against the driver of a horse carriage after a crash in downtown Savannah.

The wreck happened around 9 p.m. Sunday when a driver was making a turn and ran into the carriage. The horse then took off down President Street and eventually ran back to its stables on Savannah's Eastside.

One woman involved in the wreck was taken to the hospital complaining of minor injuries.

The drivers of the vehicle that hit the carriage was very shaken up and said she never saw the carriage.

The crash is under investigation.
