RADNOR, PA (KYW/CNN) – Pennsylvania investigators say a McDonald’s worker is facing serious charges for illegal activities in the restaurant parking lot.
Authorities say when Allen Trammell wasn’t preparing food, he was out in the parking lot selling, allegedly selling crack cocaine.
They say that through word of mouth, he may have been making as much as $1,500 a week. When Trammell was arrested, police say he had 57 bags of crack cocaine in his possession and more than $150 in cash.
Police made four undercover buys from him before arresting him on several drug charges.
"Our officers would call ahead on the cell phone, establish a date and a time where they would meet Mr. Trammell when he was working at the McDonald's. He would walk out into the parking lot at which time he would sell crack cocaine in package form to the undercover officers in the parking lot of the McDonald's while he was working,” Lieutenant Andy Block of the Radnor Township, PA Police Department said.
Authorities said Trammell was handling food while handling the drugs, however, there’s no indication that drugs were sold over the counter or through the drive-thru window.
