SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

New information was released Wednesday afternoon on how the Tradewinds Casino Cruise Lines is addressing some questions many have about last week's grounding near Tybee Island.

Roger Humphreys, Tradewinds Casino Cruise Savannah's Vice President of Operations, says they have completed their internal investigation regarding the captain's actions and found no wrongdoing. He said they did not serve alcohol on board and to keep guests entertained, they gave out decks of playing cards. Guests were allowed to sit at the tables and play cards but the tables were not stocked or operational, nor were the machines running as they would be if the casino had been open.

Humpreys also said they fully complied with the law and only allowed gambling when they were at least three miles away from shore.
