A Kansas City police patrol car got a huge makeover in an elaborate prank.
The Ford Taurus police cruiser was completely outfitted in yellow, blue and pink post-it notes.
The police officer who drives the car said the prank was payback for all the pranks he pulled on his fellow officers.
Naturally, none of his colleagues took responsibility for the prank.
The Kansas City police chief wanted everyone to know the prank was done off the clock.
