SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A Savannah woman was arrested on Thursday for hindering the apprehension of a murder suspect.

Alisha Nicole Cooper, 25, was arrested on Thursday by members of the U.S. Marshal's Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force in an apartment on Capital Street. She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and false statements and writings.

SCMPD has charged Leonardo Lamont "Scoochie" Anderson, 38, with the July 18 shootings of two men on the 1200 block of Seiler Avenue. One man died and the second sustained serious injuries. Police are currently searching for Anderson.

Anderson is described as a black male standing 5'8 tall and weighing 190 pounds and has short hair. He has an extensive criminal background, serving 10 years from 1998-2008 for robbery, kidnapping and aggravated assault. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Detectives are also searching for Leonardo Davinci Lark, known as Rock, for questioning in the case. Lark, 29, is a black male standing 5'9 and weighing 165 pounds. He may have a slight moustache and a heavier beard. He is wanted for a probation violation.

Anderson is known to frequent the Waters Avenue Corridor and West Savannah areas, and Lark is known to frequent 1206 Seiler Ave.
