CAMDEN, AL (CNN) - Some hunters in Alabama are celebrating one massive catch.
Wildlife biologist with Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fishers, says a family caught a record breaking alligator on Saturday in south Alabama.
WFF says the monster gator is 15 feet in length and weighs more than 1,000 pounds.
It was caught by Mandy and John Stokes, Kevin Jenkins and his children.
It's the largest gator ever legally killed in the state of Alabama.
