It's going to get dangerously hot again in South Georgia and eastern South Carolina on Friday.
The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory in South Georgia from noon until 6 p.m.
The advisory includes Chatham, Bryan, Effingham, Liberty, Bulloch, Screven, Candler, Evans, Tattnall, Toombs, Appling, Bacon, Wayne, Glynn, Long, McIntosh and Ware counties.
And in South Carolina, an advisory has been issued for the eastern part of the state from noon to 6 p.m. Friday as well.
The advisory is in effect in Allendale, Beaufort, Berkeley, Colleton, Charleston, Dorchester, Florence, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Jasper, Marion, and Williamsburg counties.
Forecasters say heat index values will range from 106 to 110 degrees.
