Armstrong Beach Bash 2014 on Tybee Island

TYBEE ISLAND, GA (WTOC) -

Beach Bash 2014 is happening at Tybee Island. Armstrong State University students are enjoying water games, activities, a live DJ and much more.

The event is held annualy as a way to welcome students back to school.

"Armstrong Beach Bash is a great way for us to get involved with our fellow students so we come out and play. It's also a good way to take a break from your school work so you will busy. Just a good way to take a break,"students Sharanda Deen and Praise Watkins said.

The celebration continues until 6 p.m. on Firday.

Admission is free for students.
