Enmark in Rincon warns customers of bad gas


The Enmark store in Rincon is warning customers who bought gas between July 20th and August 8th, 2014 of the fact that their gas may have been compromised because of water infiltration into a gas tank.

This incident only affects customer who purchased premium gas at Enmark's location at 429 South Columbia Avenue.

Enmark has released the following statement to the public in regards to the matter:

"August 8 at The Enmark store in Rincon, Georgia,   water infiltrated into one of the underground storage tanks at the store located at 429 South Columbia Avenue.

Enmark became aware of the issue and immediately shut down the pumps and cleaned the affected tank. This was an isolated incident caused by a systems failure within this store's electronic tank monitoring alarm. The problem has been remedied, and Enmark has tested the monitoring system at all of their locations to ensure that all are functioning properly. 

Enmark stands behind their fuel guarantee and are asking any customers who purchased premium gasoline from this location that are experiencing engine troubles to please call  their Customer Service Line at 800.944.3835 extension 3432."
