SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Shreveport police investigators, along with the FBI, US Marshals and Louisiana State Police are searching along Clyde Fant Parkway near the Shreveport Barksdale Bridge for a man wanted for murder in Montana.

Police say 27-year-old Kevin Joseph Lino, is a convicted felon and considered armed and dangerous. According to the FBI, the body of a male victim was found floating in the Clark Fork River in Missoula County, Montana on August 5, 2014. "An investigation revealed that on or around July 30, Lino and two male accomplices allegedly kicked and punched the victim following a verbal altercation at a homeless camp under the Reserve Street Bridge in Missoula. Additionally, they allegedly cut gang symbols into the victim's skin with a knife, after which Lino allegedly urinated on the victim. Lino is then alleged to have shot the victim in the head with a 9mm pistol he carried and dumped the body in the river."

According to details posted on the FBI's Wanted List, Lino was charged with deliberate homicide by the Justice Court of the State of Montana in and for the County of Missoula, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on August 7, 2014. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court for the District of Montana on August 14, 2014, after Lino was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Lino may be in possession of numerous pit bull puppies, and may be traveling with his girlfriend, 17-year-old Angela M. Marchese, who police say is not a fugitives from the law. Marchese is said to only have one leg and uses a wheelchair or crutches. It is unknown whether she has a prosthetic leg. He may also be traveling with two white males in their twenties and/or a white male in his sixties.

Lino was believed to have possibly been headed to the eastern United States as he has ties to West Virginia, Massachusetts and Louisiana. He is known to be transient, and it is likely that he is stopping at food banks and shelters. He may stay in homeless camps with the dogs. The FBI wanted poster also notes that Lino is known to abuse drugs, and is "an assault risk with violent tendencies." 

Other details provided by the FBI include his last known residence, which was in Lowell, Massachusetts, and that he enjoys breeding pit bulls and camping. He also has a tattoo on his left hand.
