Major Websites Join Relief Effort

Some of the biggest players on the internet are doing their part to help tsunami victims in Asia. Major web retailer Amazon.com is giving up a big portion of its home page to collect donations for the American Red Cross.

Other big sites, like Google, are pitching in to encourage online donations to a variety of relief organizations.

Red Cross officials report more online than telephone donations during this disaster.
