Millions of people have reached out to help the tsunami victims--including Savannah school children. All the students at Haven Elementary School are learning: what can Haven do?
The school is trying to help the students answer that question by teaching the facts about the tsunami disaster and trying to motive them to do something to help.
"We also want them to know it's good to care for those in different situations because we too can experience something similar," said the school's Lily Benson.
Haven is trying to raise money to help with the disaster relief. The goal is to get every student to donate at least one dollar.
