There is new information tonight in the Cindy Lynch case. Dental records prove that Lynch was indeed the woman pulled from the Wilmington River Monday night. Thunderbolt police say the official positive identification came in late this afternoon.
Yesterday, Chief Steve Smith told WTOC medical examiners confirmed the body was Lynch's after comparing jewelry and body scars. More test results will be finalized in two weeks.
Meanwhile, Chief Smith says police are continuing their investigation.
