JACKSONVILLE, FL: The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) is excited to announce The Low County Jr. Shootout. The HJGT hosts over 190 tournaments per year throughout the country. The HJGT is the largest junior golf tour in the country and has been in operation for 8 years. The tour offers junior boys and girls between the ages of 11-18 opportunities to earn national exposure while playing at premier venues. Since we are an open tour, we encourage any level of player to participate, from high 70’s to 100. Carolina juniors will have the opportunity to compete on the national stage against players from all over the country.
The HJGT’s next stop in South Carolina in 2015 will be the Low County Junior Shootout on Saturday October 24th and Sunday the 25th at the Dolphin Head Golf Club in Hilton Head, SC. Players can register as a member or non-member for the event. HJGT Members can play the event for $189 while non-members play at $234. ABOUT US: The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 11-18 an opportunity to play at exceptional courses in a competitive environment.
