Boone Hall Fright Nights- Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Beaufort Exchange Club Ghost Tours- Beaufort, SC.

A carriage ride or walking tour through Beaufort's historic district as storytellers tell haunting tales of the area. Carriages leave every 20 minutes starting at 6:30 p.m. Tours last 45 minutes. Walking tours begin at 7 p.m. and leave every 20 minutes. Walking tours last about an hour. For more information, visit here

7th Annual Habersham Harvest Festival- Bluffton, SC

The 7th Annual Habersham Harvest Festival in the Habersham Marketplace takes place on Oct. 24 beginning at 10 a.m.. Enjoy FREE ADMISSION and and fun for all ages at this homegrown family festival! Stroll through a time-honored backdrop of shops and restaurants in the Marketplace while enjoying festival food, crafts, entertainment, rides and activities along the way. Bluffton Zombie Run- Bluffton. SC

Run, the zombies are coming! Bluffton’s annual Zombie Run will not only feature Zombie Grave Yard where runners must watch out for zombies, but also treats for those who beat the zombies, costume contests and all kinds of other spooky fun.This 5k and one-mile fun run will be held on Saturday October 31 at 3 p.m. at the Calhoun Street Promenade in Downtown Bluffton. The fun run through the streets of Historic Bluffton has a Halloween theme with a costume contest and post-race block party with games, trick or treating, music, a pub crawl and much more.Registration is $20 for the one-mile run and $25 for the 5K and both include a cotton T-shirt. A $5 late fee applies after Oct. 27. Packet pick-up and late registration is on Friday, Oct. 30 , 4-6 p.m. at the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, 217 Goethe Rd.

Haunted Montrose- Montrose, GA

Every Friday-Sunday in October. Tours begin at 7 p.m. and run through 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.

Halloween Fest- Wilmington Island, GA

Wilmington Island Farmers’ Market will host a Halloween Fest on Oct. 31 from 9 a.m to 1 p.m, including a costume parade, trick or treat with the vendors, games and a scavenger hunt.For more information, visit here.  

Nightmare on Congress Street- Savannah, GA

Happening on Oct. 31, the "Nightmare on Congress Street” Charity Bar Crawl is Savannah's creepiest and scariest bar crawl along Savannah's eeriest strip. This is also SAVANNAH'S BIGGEST COSTUME CONTEST! As opposed to a typical bar crawl where participants travel as one big group with designated time slots at each bar, this event allows participants to crawl at their own pace. Along with some free giveaways, crawlers will quench their thirst on drink specials at each participating bar as they creep down chilling and haunted Congress Street.

Risen Savior Pumpkin Patch- Pooler, GA

From October 17-31, Risen Savior will be holding a pumpkin patch at 1755 Quacco Road in Pooler. THe pumpkin patch is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, and from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There will be arts and crafts, games, and of course pumpkins! 

Stranger than Fiction: An Exploration of the Extraordinary in Old Savanna at the Davenport House- Savannah, GA

Stranger than Fiction: An Exploration of the Extraordinary in Old Savannah is October 2015 when the entire property will be used to examine how people in the early 19th century, when the Davenport’s lived in the home, experienced the frightful and fascinating.  This ninety-minute program takes the place of the award-winning Dreadful Pestilence:  Savannah’s Yellow Fever of 1820 as the Museum’s evening costumed performance during the month when people want to hear about creepy things.  There will be one performance at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings throughout the month

Boo Bash; St. Peter The Apostle Parish Center- Savannah, GA

14th annual Haunted Houses, Forest, Cemetery and Hay Ride- Long County, GA

Come out to enjoy the fun. Dates run from Oct. 16, 17, 32, 24, 30 and 31 from 8 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. at the Long County Volunteer Fire Dept. Station 4 (3218 Marcus Nobles Rd. NE). Admission is $5 and children under four are free.

Tattnall County Trunk or Treat- Glenville and Reidsville, GA

Tattnall county will be holding it's "Trunk or Treat" event Oct. 30 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. in both Glennville & Reidsville. Various downtown businesses at both locations will participate handing out candy & prizes. This offers a safe environment for children to participate in a Halloween event.

Bethesda Academy’s Haunted Halloween Hayride- Savannah, GA

The community is invited to enjoy some family-friendly fun at the 1st Annual Haunted Halloween Hayride at Bethesda Academy which will feature two departure times at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Children are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Halloween costume and join the first hayride at 5:30 p.m. The kids will also enjoy fun trick-or-treating along the way. At 8 p.m., the second hayride will begin for older children and adults who enjoy a good old-fashioned scare and ghost story. Chatham County Sheriff’s Office Panic in the Pen- Savannah, GA

Wind your way through the halls of horror tormented by the walking dead and all sorts of ghastly beasts! The event runs Oct. 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 133 Montgomery St.

Pembroke Fire Dept. Haunted House- Pembroke, GA

The event runs every Friday and Saturday night in October from 6:30 p.m. until at 44 West Bacon St. in Pembroke. Kids 12 and under are $3 while adults are $5.

Alee Shriners Terror Plantation Haunted House- Savannah, GA

Enter if you dare, over 470 people were too scared to finish the haunted house. The event runs Oct. 9 and 10, 16 and 17, 23 and 24 and 30 and 31 from 7:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. at 100 Eisenberg Road in Savannah. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children 12 and younger.

Scare on the Square- Statesboro, GA

Scare on the Square is on Oct. 31 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on East Main Street in Statesboro. Come out and enjoy candy, hay rides, games, a haunted house, costume contest and other fun activities!

Richmond Hill City Center Boo Bash- Richmond Hill, GA

Come join us on Oct. 31 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for food, games, candy and a costume contest! You must RSVP and purchase tickets: $10 for kids and $5 for adults. Kids under two years old are free. 520 Cedar St., Richmond Hill

Savannah Stage Company presents Legend of Sleepy Hallow- Savannah, GA

Adapted by Catherine Bush, Savannah stage will put on this Halloween classic on Oct. 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 24, 25, 30, 31 at 8 p.m. and on Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. at Ampersand on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Admission is $15 or pay what you can.

Wormsloe State Historic Site to hold haunted Colonial trail tour - Savannah, GA

Wormsloe State Historic Site will be holding a haunted Colonial trail tour Saturday.
Celebrate the season with haunted trails and hayrides, fall-color hikes, trunk-or-treat for the kids, and more.
Tours will depart from the Visitors Center every 15 minutes starting at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for adults (18-61); $9 for seniors (62+); $4.50 for youth (6–17).
This activity is not recommended for children under the age of 6 due to the nature of the tour.
