8th Annual Drive-Thru Flu Clinic held at Fort Stewart this week

FORT STEWART (WTOC) - Winn Army Community Hospital at Fort Stewart is holding its eighth annual drive-thru flu clinic this week.

All military beneficiaries and federal government employees are eligible to receive free vaccinations and no appointments are necessary.

"It makes it easier for them to just come and get the vaccination without having to make an appointment and go to the clinics. We can take care of them. Its a one stop shop. We update their medical records, as well as provide them with vaccination cards in case they need them for their providers if they are not receiving treatment here at Winn Army Community Hospital," said Captain Marla Washington, Incident Commander.

The clinic is Wednesday and Thursday at the hospital parking lot at the Corner of 6th Street and Harmon Avenue.
