The trial of accused killer Keenan Stokes continues today. It got underway yesterday. Stokes is charged with killing Mike Norby in an ambush robbery in 2002.
Prosecutors say Stokes and five other people thought Norby was a clerk making a night deposit at a bank in Midway and shot him as they tried to rob him.
The defense admits Stokes was involved, but says the shots from his AK-47 rifle didn't kill Norby.
The prosecution is asking for the death penalty.
