The murder trial of a Liberty County man continues. Keenan Stokes is accused of shooting Mike Norby in the night deposit lane of a bank in the Liberty County town of Midway.
Police say Stokes was one of six people who planned the ambush and robbery. Today another defendant, Marcus Gary, testified Stokes carried and fired the AK-47 that was used to kill Norby.
Defense attorneys say someone else used the weapon.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty and could wrap up their case tomorrow.
