CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) - A man arrested during a Savannah peace march last year was indicted Wednesday.
Jason Lewis faces a number of offenses including aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Police say they arrested Lewis near Ellis Square during a march to end violence.
They believe he shot a man near the intersection of Carolan and Damon streets earlier that month.
Lewis was released from prison in 2012 for another aggravated assault charge.
No word yet on his next court date.
