Velvelyn Scarborough is accused of divulging information in court documents to suspects in a drug investigation.
A grand jury indicted her on conspiracy to violate the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and three counts of making a false statement.
She was arrested in July of 2013.
Police say she used her position in the courthouse to tip off a man she was in a relationship with, as to what evidence the state had against him and she also tried to warn him of his arrest.
Officials say this put CNT agents' lives in danger.
No word yet on her next court date.
