Students Travel to Beaufort to Build Habitat Houses

It's not your typical spring break for some college kids visiting Beaufort. Ten students from Movarian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, are helping Habitat for Humanity build two homes at Washington and Herrington as part of the Collegiate Challenge Week.

They're driving nails, moving dirt and painting. They say it's better than laying on the beach.

"Because we're making a difference and that's really important to all of us," noted student Colleen Klaric.

It's so important, they travel to Beaufort at their own expense and bring cash donations to buy material for the houses.
