SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Santa isn't the only one giving out toys.
Several years ago, it became a tradition for each Superior Court Judge of the Eastern Judicial Circuit to give a stuffed toy animal, or a Beanie Baby, to each child adopted in Chatham County. That tradition will continue, thanks to members of "Savannah Pride".
They made a donation in Chief Judge Michael Karpf's chambers Monday.
"We've been doing this for 15 years at least. We had a very generous donation early on but that supply is almost completely exhausted, so this comes at exactly the right time and we are very grateful for it," said Chief Judge Karpf.
The donation included 100 new, stuffed animal toys.
