While most of you were sleeping, we had a thunderstorm roll up from Hinesville to Beaufort, and we'll continue to see showers and storms roll in from the south. This morning, the bulk of the moisture is once again in our western communities and south of the Altamaha.
Warm too: starting right around 70 degrees. Where we don't have any shower activity we have fog and some of it is THICK. Any fog over land should lift by 10am, but linger longer along the coastline.
High today: 77, overcast 60% chance of showers, storms later in the day.
Drying out Christmas Eve day; Partly sunny; hot; 81
Christmas: Santa may bring us a record high of 81, but with sunshine.
