Savannah 6th District Alderman Tony Thomas will head to court Friday after filling what’s called a “Good Behavior” order against private investigator John Perry.
Alderman Thomas is claiming the man is harassing him, and he's hoping the court will rule in his favor to have Perry stop his investigation and sharing his findings with others.
Perry, on the other hand, claims he's simply exercising his right to free speech and the alderman is just trying to silence him.
You can count on us to be at that meeting tomorrow and bring you updates on air, online and social media.
