A Savannah man is still hospitalized after police say he set fire to an apartment on Savannah's west side. Roy Stains was arrested after he admitted to deliberately starting a fire at W. 61st and Boyd Streets.
He said the voices in his head told him to do it.
He's being treated for chest pains. Once released, he'll be taken to jail and charged with arson.
