COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Becoming a law enforcement officer in South Carolina will require psychological testing under a new requirement aimed at weeding out people not suitable for the job. He says an airboat from the group arrived around 1:30 p.m. near the scene and got to the kayakers in about 10 minutes. But then the rescue boat got stuck too.
