SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A twist on your average high school play.
"The Bullying Collection" is being performed at the Savannah Arts Academy.
The play consist of ten, ten-minute skits to bring awareness to the issue of bullying and the effect it has on students. And get this, it is the first ever student directed play.
"We've gotten a lot of different responses. We got very good responses and very sad responses because it's about bullying and they told us their stories and everything," said Kealan Neal-Farr.
"And we've had a couple people contact us about their kids that have been bullied and it's a terrible thing to hear but it's good to get the message out there," said Chloe Lynch.
It's a collaboration between the Drama Clubs of Island's High School and Savannah Arts Academy. The play is being co-directed by Lynch, Island High School and Neal-Farr, Savannah Arts Academy.
