Hall is yet to receive a bond hearing on the charges and is the second subject involved in the burglary to surrender at Sheriff's Office Headquarters. The first, Kiyan Johnson, turned himself in on Friday.

The third suspect, 19-year-old Jahkheme Scott, turned himself in on Monday afternoon.
