SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

We’re learning the City of Savannah has settled with a homeowner after a police raid in 2013.

Three years ago, Savannah-Chatham Metro officers raided the East 33rd Street home of Aquellah Sparks.

Problem is, it was the wrong house.

Sparks and two other women lived there, along with seven kids.

In the lawsuit, they claimed police used excessive force and the children were physically restrained and held at gunpoint.

According to the city manager, the settlement was agreed to last week.
