Williams Seafood Applies for Demolition Permit

Many people have been wondering what's going to happen to the popular Williams Seafood restaurant on Wilmington Island. The restaurant has been sitting there untouched since it burned down in December.

But not for long. Williams Seafood just applied for a demolition permit to tear the charred building down.

The contractors could start work any day now, and last we heard, the owners are planning to rebuild.

The Williams Seafood fire was ruled an arson, but so far police have not charged anyone.
