The driver in a deadly crash along Highway 170 is in jail tonight. Georgia police arrested Raymond Kelly, Jr., of Hardeeville for killing six people while driving under the influence.
He crashed his truck into a car killing all four people inside. Two people in Kelly's truck also died.
His extradition to South Carolina begins today where he will be formally charged with six counts of felony DUI resulting in death, possession of marijuana, violation of the Habitual Offender Act, and driving under a suspended license.
