State of Emergency for Chatham County ends Saturday at 7:30 a.m.

CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) - The local State of Emergency declaration for Chatham County ended Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m., according to the Chatham County Board of Commissioners.

The Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) has demobilized its Emergency Operations Center and has moved back to Operating Condition (OPCON) 5, a routine operating level of the CEMA EOC.

CEMA will continue to assist with coordination efforts in recovery operations throughout the County.
