STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) - How do you teach teachers to help students prepare for the careers of the future?
Educators from around the state came to Georgia Southern on Friday to learn about robotics and engineering.
A non-profit group called "Project Lead The Way" brought instructors to show teachers how to integrate the technology into their classes and prepare their students for careers in computer coding and beyond.
"Our primary goal is teaching the skills for our children to be successful in a global economy and making sure they're prepared with those skills," said Project Lead The Way CEO Vince Bertram.
The non-profit group provides technology curriculum for teachers K-12 at schools in all 50 states.
