SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Local attorney, Mike Hostilo's law firm busy handing out hundreds of turkeys hoping no one in need goes hungry this Thanksgiving.

Hostilo trucked in more than 400 turkeys to the Frank Callen Boys and Girls Club on Charlton Street. From there, anyone who wanted one got one.

The law firm does the turkey give away every year as a way of paying it forward. But it's also a way for his staff to enjoy the people they serve.

"Giving back is very important and we want to give back as much as possible. And it's an opportunity for us to get into the community and smile and laugh and have some fun,” said Ricky Willis, public relations manager for Mike Hostilo.

The Hostilo firm is involved in more than 30 local charities. In addition to the turkey hand-out, every summer, he hands out backpacks full of school supplies to students whose families can't afford to properly outfit their kids.
