The Effingham County Sheriff's Office is investigating the disappearance of a mother and her four juvenile children.

Investigators say 30-year-old Angela Crank was last seen with her children on Old Dixie Highway in Springfield, around 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 28. She was driving a green, 2007 Ford Windstar minivan with license plate number RBU9109.

Crank left the residence with her children - 10-year-old Adam York, nine-year-olds Nick and Ray York, and seven-year-old Evelyn Crank - to take them to the park and McDonald's, and to shop for groceries in Rincon. She never returned home.

Officials say there is no sign of foul play at this time, and they are not suspected to be in any danger. Please contact the Effingham County Sheriff's Office at 912.754.3449 with any information.
