POOLER, GA (WTOC) - The Coastal Georgia F-Body Car Club showed off their rides Sunday to benefit a great cause.
Members proudly displayed their classic F-Body automobiles at the Toy Cruise for Memorial Hospital Santa's Workshop.
The public was invited to check out the collectible cars - some of which were even decked out in decorations for the holidays. Awards were given out for the best in show and runner-up trophies.
The day also served as a donation event benefitting Memorial Health. They collected $10 toys to go to Santa's workshop.
"It's a great feeling. We do this a lot. We try to help our community a lot. That's our number one goal with Coastal Georgia F-Body - it's giving back to our community," said Tara Bridges, Coastal Georgia F-Body Car Club Admin.
The event was held from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at JCB Park behind the YMCA in Pooler.
The club delivered more than 50 toys to Memorial following the car show.
