The Disabled American Veterans Chapter 46, of Hinesville, held its annual Christmas Program on Monday night.
Guests of honor this year included WWII and Korean War Veterans. They were treated to a concert and then dinner followed a prize giveaway.
Some prizes handed out include a gift card to Sam's Club, a bicycle and a Savannah River Cruise.
"Don't ever feel discouraged, like there's not someone out there that cares because there is. That's the main thing that we do. The Disabled American Veterans Chapters, whether it's here, Savannah, or any of the other areas, we're here to take care of the veterans and their families,” said Disabled American Veterans Chapter 46, Commander Frank Scheidt.
