SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Santa and his elves made a stop in Savannah Wednesday morning to bring the Christmas spirit a little early.
JCB employees bought gifts for the 83 children at the Lady Bamford Center, which serves homeless and low-income families in the West Savannah area.
Mr. and Mrs. Claus arrived in their sleigh and handed out toys to each boy and girl while the children sang Christmas carols.
JCB employees say this is the highlight of their year.
"We say we always have more fun than the kids because we feel privileged to be able to provide for them, give them something a little more extra for them and for their families as well too," said JCB Vice President of Marketing Thom Peebles.
The company organizes two fundraisers during the year to collect money to pay for the gifts.
