Accused peeping tom indicted in Savannah

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - An accused peeping tom has been indicted in Savannah.

Marvin Golden is accused of breaking into a woman's home last month in Savannah, watching her sleep and exposing himself to the victim.

The Savannah-Chatham Metro Police Department says Golden also resisted arrest by running from officers.

He's charged with invasion of privacy, first-degree burglary, peeping tom, sexual battery, public indecency and obstruction of an officer.
