South Carolina is the only state that requires businesses to serve liquor from mini bottles. That could be changing now that the House gave final approval today to a plan to eliminate the state requirement.
The bill still must be ratified before heading to Gov. Mark Sanford's desk. He is expected to sign the legislation.
