CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -

Three alleged Bloods gang members entered a “not guilty” plea Thursday in a Chatham County courtroom.

Tyriek Walker, Timothy Coleman, Jr. and Artez Strain are accused of shooting and killing 24-year-old Dominique Powell back in September in what prosecutors call a revenge killing. Each, charged with murder and participation in gang activity.

Also facing those charges is Arthur Newton. He was supposed to have a hearing Monday, but it was rescheduled.

Chatham County District Attorney Meg Heap read off the charges and reviewed the motions.

A summer trial date was discussed, but not officially set. The defense asked for extra time claiming there was so much evidence to review.
