HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC (WTOC) -

The 49th RBC Heritage will tee off first thing Thursday morning, but first, we get the fan favorite Pro-Am.

The Pro-Am has become so popular that for the first time ever, they've had to add an additional course to keep up with the growing demand. The price of playing alongside a pro might just break the bank. The event is sold out again this year, and for some, it looks like it was worth every penny. The price for a foursome to play on Wednesday was over $23,000. So many people are willing to spend that kind of money that when they filled the course, they spread out 44 additional players to the newly-designed Atlantic Dunes course, down the road.

The second location for the Pro-Am is one everyone has been anxious to play for a while. The Atlantic Dunes has been redone and recreated by Ryder Cup Captain and five-time RBC Heritage Champion, Davis Love III. The course came with rave reviews and so did the company.

WTOC: "You're out here caddying for a pro; what's it feel like?"

"Oh, it's great. You get to see what a real shot looks like real close up instead of on TV. Feels great," said Trais Padgett, RBC Heritage Pro-Am Caddy.

"You get to play with some of your idols, you know. You can't go onto the football field and play with your favorite linebacker, nor would you want to. But the fact that you can go out onto the golf course and play golf with some of your idols, just experience how incredible an athlete and the talents that they have out there are," said Derek Paton, VP of Sales and Marketing.

WTOC: "You might learn something to improve your own game."

Paton: "No, haha, I need to pay a little better attention. I'm spending a lot of time running around raking traps, so I'm going to pay a little better attention on the back nine."

The competition will step off Thursday at 7:10 a.m.
