Second suspect arrested after deadly collision in Rincon in March

PORT WENTWORTH, GA (WTOC) -

A second man has been arrested following the crash in Rincon that killed a pregnant woman.

Johnny Miller was involved in the head-on collision that killed Alisha Powell near the intersection of Old Augusta Road and Rincon-Stillwell Road. 

Miller was taken to the hospital immediately after the crash and later released. He was picked up on Wednesday by Port Wentworth Police and is facing charges of reckless driving, 2 counts of serious injury by vehicle, and homicide by vehicle in 1st degree - felony.

Another man is already in jail and facing multiple charges. Earl Schrack was taken into custody March 18 and booked for reckless driving, DUI and vehicular homicide.

Powell was a mother of four boys.
