FORT STEWART (WTOC) -

We're learning what's next for two Fort Stewart soldiers who are being charged in the murder of two other soldiers.

Shaquille Craig was denied bond last Monday, and Phillip Thompson was denied bond this week. No next appearances are set at this point, and unless an appeal for either man is granted, hearings for Craig and Thomas won't happen again until September.

Both men are being charged in the murders of SPC Marquez Brown and Private Malik Jackson. Hinesville Police tell us Thompson became a person of interest after interviewing witnesses. Craig has been charged with murder while Thompson has been charged with party to the crime of murder after allegedly giving Craig a ride to and from the crime scene.

Police say a motive for the crime appears to have been a personal matter between Craig and Jackson. Investigators believe Brown was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
