SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - An incredible turnout for Thursday's Wine, Women and Shoes event in Savannah!
Over 600 people pouring into the Hyatt Regency downtown.
It's the fourth year for the event and the venue keeps changing because it keeps getting bigger! There was a fashion show, shopping and over 50 wines to taste.
"The amazing thing about the Ronald McDonald House is it's every illness. It's every injury. It's not just one, so we are serving children from newborn to 22 years of age. No one is turned away and we are serving the most critical cases. So, every case that we have, that we touch, has meaning," said Ronald McDonald House Charities Executive Director Bill Sorochak.
Our very own Mike Cihla was the emcee of the event, hosting the fashion show and the auction.
Thursday's goal was to raise over $130,000.
