It has just been announced that Michael Irwin, Pivotal Homes CEO has just made another $40,000 donation to the Salvation Army – this time, at the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal. According to and article in the Gold Coast Bulletin newspaper, the Salvos raised “a staggering $455,000 on the morning”, noting Mchael Irwin along with several other prominent Queensland business owners. The funds will be used by the Salvation Army to help less fortunate residents of Queensland’s Gold Coast, continuing the incredible work the organisation performs every year.

Pivotal Homes owner Michael Irwin says they’ve always admired the Salvation Army and the work they do helping to touch so many lives within Queensland’s Gold Coast. He said they’re thrilled to be able to give to an organisation that has given so much to the local community and have helped so many people over the years.

“The Salvation Army are just one of those organisations you can’t help but respect. The work they do is truly life changing, and I consider it an honour to be able to give back to the community in this way. It was also encouraging to see so many other businesses contribute to the appeal this year, it was a fantastic result for the Salvos and the people they’ll help.”

The article also notes that the people who generously donated to the cause, “don’t do so with the aim of gaining any publicity”. According to the Gold Coast Bulletin article, they “simply enjoy helping less fortunate souls” who rely on the work of the Salvos. Also noted in the article was Adco Construction, Reuben Pelerman Benevolent Foundation, Judy Brinsmead, Sunland, Abedian Foundation and Bob Ell.

Michael Irwin said anyone who purchases investment properties from Pivotal Homes will now know they’re not only purchasing a high quality investment product to build their own wealth, but they’re also helping to change the lives of less fortunate Gold Coast residents.
