A man police say is responsible for killing six people in South Carolina has been indicted on six charges. Friday, a grand jury indicted Raymond Kelly on DUI charges, possession of marijuana, and two counts of child endangerment. He was also charged as a habitual traffic offender.
Police say Kelly's pickup crossed the center line on Alternate 170 in Levy, smashing into a car killing all four people inside and two passengers in his truck.
No date has been set for a trial.
