SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team, along with the assistance of SCMPD SWAT, executed a 'no knock' search warrant at 220 West 42nd Street in regards to an ongoing narcotics investigation.

CNT initiated the investigation after receiving several complaints and tips in reference to both narcotics sales and prostitution. SWAT served the warrant without incident and secured nine individuals that were inside the residence. Of the nine in custody, four were identified as persons who were on-scene at a different location last month during the execution of a CNT search warrant.

Two suspects were arrested in connection with the narcotics investigation, and one suspect had an outstanding warrant. Other parties taken from him home, including four unknown prostitutes, were interviewed and released.

CNT agents seized crack cocaine, evidence of narcotics sales, and U.S. currency from the residence.

Agents say this same residence was the scene of a homicide on Sept. 5, 2016.

The following were arrested:

  • Eric Latroy Harris was charged with possession with intent (crack cocaine) and possession of drug-related objects
  • Frank Broadwater was charged with party to a crime (distribution of crack cocaine), keeping a place of prostitution, and possession of drug-related objects
  • Donald Duncan was served with an arrest warrant for theft by receiving stolen property through SCMPD.
